Analyses costs, assesses the allocation of production orders and submits the requests for quotations to suppliers

Main tasks

• Submit requests for price quotations to suppliers
• Elaborate orders confirmations from suppliers
• Control deliveries schedule of the purchase orders
• Verify and handle deliveries
• Analyse costs and assess the allocation of direct purchase orders
• Handle possible invoice discrepancies
• Verify information of duty codes and country of origin of goods
• Handle non-compliance issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of technical design
• Minimum 5 -year experience in metal mechanic sector
• Fluency in English
