The STERILINE rotary series of washing machines are designed to process vials and ampoules. The glassware is retained by grippers which rotate the glassware upside-down. The washer rotates with either an alternating or a continuous motion. The washer is equipped with needles which are lifted to penetrate the mouth of the glassware and then spray the appropriate washing and drying fluids. The integrated control system includes a PLC and touch screen HMI display. Individual washing cycles are programmed for various glassware types. All STERILINE washing machines are designed and manufactured in compliance with cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements.
