STERILINE linear washers are designed to process vials. All parts that come into contact with the interior of the vials and process fluids are constructed of AISI 316L stainless steel. Other parts, such as the frame, shafts and bearings are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Linear washers allow better cGMP process, due to the advanced balcony design, with perfect separation between grey and white area. Process cycle choices could include ultrasonic pre-wash, recycled water, new water, compressed air, siliconization, hot air drying or others options as required. The integrated control system includes PLC and touch screen HMI. Individual washing cycles are programmed for various vial types. The vials are handled gently with low speed motion through a system of baskets moved by stainless steel chains. Stainless steel cones guide the needles into the baskets, accurately targeting each vial. All STERILINE washing machines are designed and manufactured in compliance with cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements.
