The STERILINE VFM series offers a production range that covers production from 3,000 up to 18,000 vial/h. All STERILINE filling systems are designed to operate as either a stand-alone filling system or to be integrated in our complete production line. Model VFM is equipped with an in-feed rotating table, which feeds empty vials into the walking beam transport system. The VFM series can also be used for filling of syringes, with slight modifications. The correct dosage is achieved using rotating volumetric piston pumps. Other filling systems are available as well, such as ceramic pumps or peristaltic pumps. 100% IPC (In Process Control) or statistical Check Weighing system with feedback to the dosing pumps are available. The Filling machine is complete with a stoppering station designed with a positive handling, pick-and-place system or with a pusher system in case of syringes. The filling and stoppering process can be completed with an aluminium sealing monoblock system in the VFCM series, or with a tray loader in case of products that need to be lyophilized. Stand-alone capping machines are available as VCM series. STERILINE machines can be equipped with Laminar Flow, cRABS or ISOLATORS.
